I originated custom photo cufflinks in 1999 (before the internet became knee deep in cufflink websites) and even though my idea has been copied many times, I am still the best (at least that's what my customer's tell me!) And they do keep coming back!I ship my custom cufflinks in 1 to 2 days, not 2 to 4 weeks as with most of my competitors. Each image is 3/4" in diameter and can be set in your choice of rhodium silver plated or gold plated cufflinks. All images are set in round cufflinks like those shown on the homepage and through out the entire website. WARNING: Creating custom cufflinks from your own pictures and designs can become addictive, but, oh what fun! Please Note That My Cufflinks are completely MADE IN THE USA! I look forward to working with you. PRICING:I believe I have very fair pricing for the quality of cufflink that you will be receiving. Each set of cufflinks, whether custom or a stock design, is made to order and takes about the same amount of time to make. That is why I don't inflate the price on the custom cufflinks. Returning customers will notice that I have had a price increase. Before I was ordering the metal part of the cufflink from China at a much lower price. After seeing a documentary on Chinese factories I didn't feel comfortable ordering from China any longer. I decided to have them made in the good 'ol USA. This increased my cost per cufflink quite a bit, but I can still sell them at $34.95, which is about $10 less than the average cufflink price of $45.00 on most cufflink websites and about $20 to $30 dollars less than most companies charge for custom cufflinks.SALES TAX:North Carolina residents must pay a 6.75% sales tax on all purchases, this will be calculated in your order when you check out. No sales tax will be charged to residents of other states within the US or on any International orders.GUARANTEE:All "In The Cuff" Cufflinks are guaranteed in quality and workmanship for one full year, though, with care, they should last a lifetime. Should any breakage happen under normal wearing conditions during the first year, I will either replace the cufflinks if possible or refund your purchase price.The Custom Bubble-Dome Cufflinks are not returnable as they are handmade to your specifications by me. I can replace them, however, if there should be any problems or breakage with the cufflinks during the one year guarantee period. Custom images are kept on file for 4 weeks unless requested by the customer to keep them on file longer as they are likely to make further purchases of the design. All other cufflinks may be returned within 10 days of purchase if you simply just don't like them when you receive them or went on a midnight cyberspace shopping spree that you couldn't afford! Your purchase price will be refunded, however, shipping fees are not refundable. SHIPPING:I offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight shipping, also US Airmail First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping.Orders must be placed by noon to be shipped by any of the UPS Priority options that same day. UPS comes by for the daily pick-up around 2PM. Which is unfortuanate, since it makes mornings a frenzied rush to get all the shipments ready in time for pick-up. With UPS Ground and U.S. Airmail I try to ship orders as soon as possible, usually in 1 to 2 days, when business is at a steady pace. During the Christmas Holiday season UPS comes for pick-up even earlier, creating my own live version of "The Nightmare Before Christmas!"
